Dr Manohar Sharma – MSc in Pain Management, MBBS, FFPMRCA, (FRCA) London, M. D. Anaesthesiology & Pain Medicine
Mr Sharma specialises in chronic pain, chronic widespread pain, chronic pain syndromes, neuropathic pain, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), spinal cord stimulation and multidisciplinary pain management.
He also specialises in cancer related pain, trigeminal neuralgia (facial pain), spinal pain following surgery, pain following injury or accidents including whiplash.
Mr Sharma is a Pain Neuromodulation and Cancer Pain Management lead for The Walton Centre Pain service (National tertiary care pain unit).
He has lectured nationally and internationally about pain related topics and is an examiner for Faculty of Pain Medicine of The Royal College of Anaesthetists, London.
Mr Sharma has many research projects active and has over 50 publications in peer reviewed journals over last 10 years. He has been expert Pain adviser to NICE to contribute to two Guideline development groups.
Member of the British Pain Society International Spine Intervention, Society Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), Expert Royal College of Anesthetists, London Faculty of Pain Medicine of RCoA, London Neuromodulation Society UK and Ireland).
